Artemis Caviar Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Artemis Caviar. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Artemis Caviar website (the “Site”) and any purchase of our products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, as well as our "Privacy Policy", our "Shipping & Delivery Policy", "Returns & Refunds Policy", and "Policy Policy". If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Site or our services.
1. Use of the Website and Services
Eligibility:
By accessing artemiscaviar.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity. Our products are not intended for purchase by minors, and any use of the Site by individuals under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Product Descriptions:
We aim to present our products accurately, including descriptions and images. Due to variations in screens and display settings, colors or packaging may appear slightly different. Images are for illustration and actual products may vary in details such as tin design or accessories, without affecting quality or content.

Pricing:
Prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), unless otherwise noted, and include applicable taxes in line with UAE regulations. Prices may change without notice. Once you place an order, the price at checkout is final. If a pricing error occurs due to a technical or clerical issue, we may cancel or adjust the order after discussing the situation with you.

Placing an Order:
When you place an order on the Site, you are submitting an offer to purchase the items in your cart. You will receive an initial confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance. A binding agreement is formed when we dispatch the product and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders before dispatch in cases such as stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment:
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. If you choose Cash on Delivery when available, please prepare the exact amount due. The cardholder should retain copies of transaction records and merchant policies. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Orders will be processed once payment is successfully authorized.

Shipping and Delivery:
Deliveries are handled according to our Shipping Policy. We ship only within the UAE and aim for same-day or next-day delivery depending on location. Responsibility for the product transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if you notice an issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, but we will communicate promptly and assist in resolving the matter.
3. Returns and Refunds
We take great care in preparing and handling our caviar. As outlined in our Policy, all sales are generally final due to the perishable nature of our products. We may provide a refund or replacement in cases involving defects, incorrect items, or damage during transit, provided you contact us within 24 hours of delivery and the return conditions are met. Items that are opened, unsealed, improperly stored, or refused at delivery cannot be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable except where the issue results from our error.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, belongs to Artemis Caviar or its content providers. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Artemis Caviar” and the associated logo are trademarks of our company. You may access the Site for personal use. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, modify, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and possible legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Artemis Caviar and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. The Site and products are provided on an “as available” basis and without additional warranties beyond those required by law. Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artemis Caviar and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights while using the Site.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The UAE is our country of domicile. In the event of a dispute, we will first seek to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution is not possible, the issue will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. By using the Site, you agree to this jurisdiction.
We comply with all applicable UAE laws relating to e-commerce and consumer protection.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Artemis Caviar regarding the Site and any purchase, and replace any previous agreements or communications.

Severability:
If a provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted to reflect its intent as closely as possible while remaining lawful. The remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
