Shipping & Delivery:
At Artemis Caviar, we treat every order with care from our facilities to your table. We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and retail international shipping is not available at this time due to highly perishable nature of caviar, wholesale international shipping is available for select locations; for such arrangement please contact us at: Concierge@artemiscaviar.com
Each order is hand-packed in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to help ensure it arrives chilled and fresh. We aim to deliver promptly so you may enjoy your caviar at its finest.

Delivery Timeframe:
We offer local delivery seven days a week:

Orders placed within Dubai before 5:00 PM are typically delivered the next day by noon

Deliveries to other Emirates are usually completed within 2 calendar days, depending on the order time and courier availability. Our standard delivery window is from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Charges:
We offer complimentary (free) delivery for qualifying orders above AED 600. Orders below this threshold will incur a standard delivery fee of AED 50. For addresses outside Dubai, a surcharge of AED 50 may apply to accommodate extended courier routes. All delivery fees are clearly stated at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available in select areas, otherwise online pre-payment will be required. Packaging & Handling:
Caviar is a delicate and perishable product. We pack each order in a sealed, insulated cold-pack container marked as perishable, using gel ice packs or similar cooling elements to help maintain the correct temperature throughout transit. This packaging is designed to keep your caviar between 0 and 4°C until arrival. We ask that someone be available to receive the delivery, as we cannot leave perishable items unattended. Our delivery team may contact you shortly before arrival to confirm the handover.
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with the details. You will be notified again when your order is out for delivery, along with any available tracking information or driver contact details. Our intent is to provide a smooth and dependable delivery experience that reflects the quality of our products.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship outside the UAE. We also cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or locations where perishable items cannot be received in person. In the event of unexpected delays such as weather or courier issues, we will update you promptly and make every effort to ensure your caviar arrives in suitable condition or to arrange an alternative solution.
